Cashrelief.org is an initiative of Agrani India Foundation, a charitable trust working to eradicate poverty and disadvantage in India. Agrani India Foundation is registered with the Income Tax Department of India under section 12A and 80G.
The Founders – Cashrelief.org is started by Vivek Joshi and Rahul Nainwal as an initiative to find out of the box solutions for poverty alleviation in India.
Vivek Joshi – Long before the eCommerce sector began to flourish, Vivek Joshi with his background in engineering and management studies went on to co-found a Business to Business e-commerce marketplace called GoForWorld Business.
After a successful tryst with enterprise, he has been actively involved in investing and mentoring start-ups across domains via his StartupFundas. He enjoys to work with passionate and motivated entrepreneurs especially in early stages of an enterprise.
Rahul Nainwal is a serial social entrepreneur. In 2001 he cofounded iVolunteer and introduced the concept of formal volunteering in India. With the next initiative in 2010, the India Fellow program, Rahul led the learning component of the then first of its kind fellowship in India.
A TED Fellow, Rahul is an alumnus of IRMA and THNK – The Amsterdam school of creative leadership. His expertise lies in entrepreneurship and design thinking.
